TERRA DISTRIBUTION s.r.o. is a limited liability company incorporated in the Czech Republic in 2018 and headquartered in Prague. We specialise in non-specialised B2B wholesale trade, combining product distribution, commercial intermediation, transportation support and business consultancy.
We supply retailers, distributors, construction companies and other corporate customers, and work closely with manufacturers, suppliers and logistics providers. Our model is flexible: depending on the transaction, we act either as a direct wholesale distributor — buying and reselling goods — or as a commercial intermediary that connects the parties and supports the deal to completion.

Sanctions and export controls
we comply with EU restrictive measures, Czech national sanctions (Act No. 69/2006 Coll.) and EU export control rules for dual-use items (Regulation (EU) 2021/821). We do not trade with sanctioned persons or supply goods to destinations where this is prohibited.
Product compliance
we supply goods that meet applicable EU requirements, including CE marking and declarations of performance for construction products where required.
Transparent payments
all payments are made by bank transfer to and from business accounts in the name of the contracting parties. We do not accept cash payments or payments from unrelated third parties.
Anti-bribery and corruption
we do not offer, pay or accept bribes, and all commissions are agreed in writing.
Data protection
we process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.
Record keeping
we keep complete records of contracts, invoices, transport and customs documents.
Goods and activities we do not deal in
Weapons, ammunition and military goods; dual-use items without the required licence; fuels, alcohol, tobacco and other excise goods; precious metals and stones; pharmaceuticals and hazardous chemicals; virtual assets; and any goods subject to sanctions or otherwise prohibited under EU or Czech law.
